Concert on the Lawn Series

A wide variety of talented musical artists perform throughout the summer and early fall on the front lawn of the Jones House Community Center. These are wonderful, relaxing and free events for people of all ages!

July 4th Celebration

There's nothing like the 4th of July in a beautiful mountain community such as Boone, North Carolina. The Jones House Community Center has become an central part of this celebration decorated in red, white and blue and providing the best location in town for viewing the annual 4th of July Parade!

Easter Eggstravaganza!

The annual Easter Eggstravagaza is a big hit with children all over the High Country. The Easter Bunny, himself, escorts children and their families down King Street for this eagerly anticipated event.

Christmas at the Jones House

Christmas is a very special time at the Jones House Community Center. Volunteers decorate inside and crews from the Town of Boone transform the outside of beautiful historic home into a warm and welcoming home for the holidays. Once again, the lawn of the Jones House provides an excellent spot for parade watching ... the annual Boone Christmas parade passes directly in front of it.
